PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that can print out only the required documents. SOLUTION: An HDD(Hard Disk Drive) 10 stores documents received by the facsimile terminal without automatically printing out them, and a RAM 3 stores attribute information of the documents such as a received time and a sender name. The attribute information of the documents as to all print jobs are managed in a form of a print job table consisting of tables of all the print jobs. The print job table stores contents of FAX reports denoting occurrence of power supply interruption and of a transmission error and occurrence times of the reports without automatic printing. When a print document list display key on an LCD touch panel of an operation section 6 is depressed, a list of the received documents and the report information of the print job table are displayed. By selecting a print-desired document from the displayed list, the received document and/or the report information is printed out.
