PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a several times repetition of transmission operations if a receiving preparation for a reception is not made, even when image information is transmitted to a mobile terminal device, and also reliably transmit the image information after the receiving preparation was made. SOLUTION: If a terminal device 21 of a calling party is not in a state of receiving image information, image transmitters 12, 13 stop transmission operations of the image information to the terminal device 21, and after that, when the terminal device 21 requests for transmitting, the transmission operations to the terminal device 21 are restarted. |
