PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact disk audition sales system and method therefor allowing an auditor to store a data summarizing the music data of the CD in a database and select a desired music CD to have it played beforehand. SOLUTION: A barcode reader 5 reads barcode information on a package of a music CD, and stores it in the database 2. A CD player 4 reads the music data of the music CD. A main device 1 edits the music data inputted from CD player 4, and stores in the database 2. When the auditor inputs the CD information from the barcode reader 5, the main device 1 reads the music data of the music CD from the database 2, and reproduces the music and provides it to the auditor through a head set 3. Moreover, the audition data are collected and distributed via a router 6. |
