PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misoperations and impropriety of a cash dispensing machine. SOLUTION: An optional operator provides an operator registration table 17, to show whether it is possible to carry out cash collecting operation. A first operator judgement part 18 judges, whether this first operator is an operative person by retrieving the operator registration table 17, when the optional operator demands the collecting operation. A second operator judgement part 19 decides the first operator as an approved of the collecting operation and the second operator as a witness, when the first operator is the operative person with the second operator different from the first operator as an object, after the judgement at the first operator judgement part 18. When the first operator is not the person operating, the operator registration table 17 is retrieved, whether the second operator is the operative person is judged; and when this is the csse, a second operator is decided as to who whether he is the person operating. If he is, then the seond operator is decided as the approver of the collecting operation and the first operator is decided as the witness, the approved of the collecting operation and the first operator is decided as the witness. |
