PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting and receiving module for keeping and improving the output level of a transmitted optical signal and improving the S/N ratio of a received optical signal. SOLUTION: A ball lens 150 is provided between a light emitting element 110 and a light transmitting body 131. While an optical axis 111 of the light emitted from the light emitting element 110 is kept almost in parallel with the optical axis 132 of the light transmitted in the optical transmitting body 131 in a frame 101, the light emitting element 110 and the light transmitting body 131 are so held that one of the light emitting element 110 and the light transmitting body 131 is movable to the other one. |
