DTP DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING SERIES GAUGE FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital series gauge capable of investigating the character size of characters made into outline in DTP data on the display editing software of the DTP data without printing it out. SOLUTION: Concerning the series gauge integrated in the display editing software of the DTP data, when the device is started, the series gauge of a character size set at a present cursor position is displayed and the gauge is displayed while following the movement of the cursor position on a picture until stop afterwards. Thus, the size of a character made into graphic in the DTP data can be easily measured by the series gauge.
