PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dielectric layer and partition- forming resin composite element, and a plasma display panel substrate using the same, in which a plasma display panel substrate having fewer processes and high quality can be made easily with a high yield. SOLUTION: The dielectric layer and partition-forming composite element, which comprises (A) a resin composite layer formed containing (a) a polymer binder having ethylene unsaturated group, (b) a mold-releasing agent and (c) an inorganic material on a support body film, and which has (B) a resin composite layer containing a binder polymer and an inorganic material on the above (A) layer, is laminated on a substrate so that the (B) layer contacts the substrate. Then the support body film is removed, and after the base body having a recess is pressure fitted so as to contact the (A) layer, the base body having the recess is removed. The pattern corresponding with the recess of the base body having the recess is formed. Then by firing the pattern of the dielectric layer and partition forming resin composite formed of the (A) layer and the (B) layer, a plasma display panel substrate is manufactured. |
