PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled quarty oscillator that can enhance a frequency variable width more than that of a conventional voltage controlled quarty oscillator without increasing the area of the circuit. SOLUTION: A DC-cut capacitor 103 (104) is provided between a connecting point of a varactor element 107 (108) and a piezoelectric vibrator 102 and one terminal of an inverting amplifier 101 and a control voltage for oscillating frequency adjustment is applied to the connecting points.
