PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electromagnetic wave absorber which can constituted of a resin layer that is function-separated by one liquid application process and to permit the supplied electric wave absorber to easily hold a resin layer which is proof against environment and weather on a face side exposed to outer environment. SOLUTION: The electric wave absorber 7 is constituted of one or above electric wave absorbing layers 1, 3 and 4 for absorbing electric wave and/or electromagnetic wave. The electric wave absorbing layers 1, 3 and 4 are constituted of the combination of resin forming an oblique structure film.
