摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a binder removal treatment possible in oxidative atmosphere having sufficient temperature for decomposing and removing organic material by providing an oxidation resistant conductive powder and a conductive paste using above conductive powder, and to improve the yield and productivity of a laminated ceramic electronic components by using above conductive paste. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the oxidation resistant conductive powder includes a process of making 50 weight portion of Ni-B alloy powder with average diameter smaller than that of base metal powder adhere on the surface of 100 weight portion of one kind of base metal powder which is chosen from Ni powder, Cu powder, alloy powder containing Ni and/or Cu as a main component, by mechanical treatment.
