PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex optical member which is compact and has a beam shaping function and a complex optical unit provided with the same. SOLUTION: The complex optical member 105 consisting of the molding of a transparent resin and having a incident plane 105a for a laser beam emitted from a double wavelength laser diode 102, a light-reflecting surface 105b to reflect the laser beam emitted from the double wavelength laser diode 102 and on which a return light beam from an optical disk 61 (62) is made incident, and a reflecting surface 105d to guide the return light beam from the optical disk 61 (62) to a light receiving member 104, is mounted on the complex optical unit 101. The incident plane 105a is formed so as to have a concave surface in a cylindrical shape, a light-reflecting surface 105b is formed so as to have a convex face in a cylindrical shape having a different curvature from the incident plane 105a, or the incident plane 105a is inclined with respect to the incident direction of the laser beam emitted from the double wavelength laser diode 102. Thereby, the beam shaping function is given to the complex optical member 105. |
