LIMITED RECEPTION METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a contents-using condition without wasting the size of the ECM section of respective packets and without being restricted by the size in a digital broadcasting system. SOLUTION: The copy right management of broadcasting data extending to many conditions such as the number of reproducing times, a term of validity, etc., is achieved without wasting an ECM section by using a transmitter for the contents-using condition separated from a contents decoding key and a receiver for permitting decoding of contents by using the decoding key only when detecting the coincidence of the contents-using condition.
