PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for real-time television broadcasting of information inputted/transmitted from a radio communication terminal such as a portable telephone set, a PHS, a personal digital assistance, etc., and a cable communication terminal such as a personal computer connected to the Internet. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a receiving means for receiving data on information inputted and transmitted from the radio communication terminal through a base station for radio communication and/or a receiving means for receiving data on information inputted and transmitted from the cable communication terminal, and a transmission mans for transmitting data on information received by the receiving means to a television broadcasting station to distribute the information inputted and transmitted from the radio communication terminal and/or the cable communication terminal nearly in real time by at least a television set.
