SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information distributing device 19 for distributing benefit reception information contents D1 on the merchandise sales service providing and a plurality of information processing devices 8 for receiving and storing the benefit reception information contents D1 distributed from the information distributing device 19. When the merchandise sales service providing is received, the benefit reception information contents D1 stored in the information processing device 8 is presented. By this constitution, the issue and distribution of electronic member card information and electronic point card information can be simplified and the benefit reception information contents D1 by the existing card function can be processed as it is as electronic information contents in the information processing device 8. The information processing device 8 can be spread as mass media and hard business can be increased.
