PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device which can efficiently perform change of purchased commodity or take back of a commodity. SOLUTION: The network device is provided with an application designating means for designating the application of the replacement by purchase or take- back of the commodity, an address input means for inputting the address of an applicant which shows a place where the commodity is re-bought or is taken back, and a communication means for informing an application content designated by the application designating means and the address inputted by the address input means to an outer party through a network for instructing that the change of purchased commodity or take-back of the commodity takes place at the address of the applicant.
