PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic shopping device which efficiently presents articles that a customer likes. SOLUTION: This electronic shopping device enables the customer to retrieves a favorite article with high precision since the real article can be compared with a favorite color by not retrieving a customer's favorite article only with text information, but holding vague information on colors in a database and retrieving it in a color space having no dependency on the device, and also enables the customer to efficiently find the favorite article by listing retrieval results on a homepage and presenting them to the customer in the form of an order-made catalog consisting of only favorite articles of the customer.
