SOLUTION: In this valuable security transaction system consisting of an issuing body device and an investor device connected to each other through a computer network, the issuing body device is provided with a first generating means for generating electronic valuable securities and transaction condition information presenting the condition of the transaction of the electronic valuable securities and a first transmitting means for transmitting the electronic valuable securities and the transaction condition information to be make correspond to each other to an investor, and the investor device is provided with a first receiving means for receiving the electronic valuable securities and the transaction condition information. |
