PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly promote a business by unitarily managing data on production of an annual business program necessary for execution of the business and the concrete instructions, reports and approval of completion which are involved in execution of the business program and by sharing the necessary data by the persons concerned. SOLUTION: The business contents are recorded on a business data base 9 via an input/output device 1, and the recorded business contents are built into an annual program and recorded on a business program data base 10. Then the date of execution of business is inputted and the business instructions are recorded on a business information data base 6. The business instructions are given in each of programming, preparing and executing steps. An executor records the progress reports on the data base 6 and a manager records the contents concerned on a participation history data base 7 respectively. When an instructor approves these recorded contents, an instruction is notified to the executor for the next step. In regard to a delayed job, a demand note is automatically or manually produced and recorded on a demand note data base 12. The demand note is also reported to the executor. |
