PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis and treatment record input device, a diagnosis and treatment record server, a diagnosis and treatment record input program storage medium and a diagnosis and treatment record server program storage medium which can expand the utilization range of a diagnosis and treatment record electronic record system. SOLUTION: This diagnosis and treatment record input device 51 is provided with a diagnosis and treatment record inputting part 51-1 for inputting a diagnosis and treatment record in accordance with an operation while the device 51 is disconnected from the diagnosis and treatment record server 52, a diagnosis and treatment record transmitting part 51-2 for transmitting the inputted diagnosis and treatment record to the server 52 while the device 51 is connected to the server 52, a diagnosis and treatment record recording part 51-3 for acquiring a diagnosis and treatment record from the server 52 to record it and also updating the diagnosis and treatment record that is acquired from the server 52 and that is recorded with the diagnosis and treatment record inputted from the part 51-1, and an acquisition information storing part 51-4 for storing information about the acquisition of the diagnosis and treatment record when the part 51-3 acquires the diagnosis and treatment record. |
