<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the CPU availability. SOLUTION: A synchronous communication is carried out among plural nodes 1 and each of nodes 1 includes a CPU 3 and a communication control unit 5. Then an asynchronous communication request 11 given from the CPU 3 is recorded on an asynchronous communication request buffer of the unit 5 and it is decided whether the asynchronous communication request buffer is filled in the unit 5. Then the unit 5 returns an acceptance/non-acceptance reply 12 to the CPU 3 about acceptance or non-acceptance of the request 11. The CPU 3 decides on the basis of the reply 12 whether the request 11 is sent again to the unit 5 or other subsequent processes are carried out. Thus, it is decided whether the asynchronous communication should be carried out or not while capability of the unit 5 is measured in real time. As a result, other processes can be asynchronously carried out before the asynchronous communication can be carried out and thereby the CPU availability is extremely improved.</p> |
