PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure, between a motor yoke and a motor cover which can firmly couple the motor yoke to the motor cover without the occurrence of slackness. SOLUTION: This mounting structure between a motor yoke 1 and a motor cover 2 is equipped with a motor yoke 1, where a first fastening piece 1d to be fastened to a motor cover 2 and a second fastening piece 1e to be fastened to the motor cover 2 independent of the first fastening piece 1d, being directed in a direction different to the first fastening piece 1d, are made.
