PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum cable with big capacity and small slackness, manufactured safely and accurately in manufacturing process, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process of a twisted aluminum cable intertwisting an aluminum wire on a steel wire, a flexural load is applied to the aluminum wire, or the steel wire is prestretched, and by giving such a stretch that is caused by applying total tension of the cable to the steel wire, depending on the plastic stretch of the aluminum wire, or the combination of the above stretch and the elastic stretch of the steel wire, the aluminum cable with big capacity and small slackness is constructed, and the aluminum cable with big capacity and small slackness is manufactured.
