PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract elements without degradation of the analysis precision even in the case of an analysis object having a complicated shape such as having two or more sections. SOLUTION: An interference polyhedron generation stage S3 is provided for every voxcel interfering with the shape data where the interference face between shape data and the inside of the voxel is used to generate an interfering polyhedron on the inside of the shape data. A division object polyhedron generation stage S5 and an element extraction stage S7 are provided following the stage S3. In the stage S5, apexes having predetermined properties out of apexes of the generated interference polyhedron are moved to another apexes, and a division object polyhedron is generated which has apexes, which are not moved, and apexes of the voxcel in the shape data as apexes. In the stage S7, elements having a predetermined shape are extracted on the basis of relations of plural apexes of the division object polyhedron generated in the stage S5.
