PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized power source circuit equipped with an overcurrent protecting circuit in which output currents and an output voltage are provided with 'fold-back characteristic' without limiting the range of the output voltage. SOLUTION: This stabilized power source circuit having an overcurrent protecting function for output currents is provided with a reference voltage generating part for generating a reference voltage, an output part for outputting a prescribed constant voltage based on the reference voltage, and an overcurrent detecting part for detecting the output currents from an output part, and for detecting excess currents for the detected output currents. At the time of detecting an overcurrent, the overcurrent detecting part reduces the output currents and output voltage from the output part.
