The fence panel incorporates an electrically copper or aluminium conducting 0.25 mm wires (1) with ultra violet protection sheath. The support (2,3) in which the wires are integrated is made from a high impact resistant insulating synthetic material, which is woven, knitted, plaited or twisted to form the fence panel. The material has a minimum mechanical resistance of between 5 to 7 grams per denier.
