PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient home delivery service by increasing the CS of both a deliverer and a receiver as users. SOLUTION: A home delivery company receives a request for home delivery of articles from a deliverer through a communication network line such as the Internet and collects the articles. The company transmits the information to a receiver through the communication network line, and prompts to indicate the requested delivery time zone for the articles, and delivers the collected articles in the time zone indicated by the receiver. |
