PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert unique information in addition to contents provided by a web site and to display them on the screen of a portable telephone when the web site is browsed by the portable telephone. SOLUTION: This information providing method using the portable telephone which inserts and displays the unique information in addition to the contents provided by the web site 5 when the information of the web site 5 is browsed by the portable telephone 10 includes a procedure (S31) for connecting to a managing server 20 through the portable telephone 10, a procedure (S34) for accessing the web site 5 from the managing server 20 through the Internet 3, a procedure (S35) for inserting the unique information on the side of the managing server 20 in addition to the contents provided by the web site 5, and a procedure (S37) for displaying the contents provided by the web site 5 and the information inserted on the side of the managing server 20 on the screen 12 of the portable telephone. |
