PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care service mediation system for mediating care service and a recording medium in which a person registered in a care plan opens to the public service demand to the system to be accessed by a service provider so that the registrant does not have to perform service adjustment personally, a nursing service provider is made unnecessary to perform customer development by registering its service in the system, and a local authority such as a city, a town and a village can grasp the balance of service demand and supply and the real state of how care services are carried out and makes use of the system to improve the care service of the region. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a database in which care preparation information that can be entrusted by a care manager is registered, a means for receiving care plan preparation request information from a client, a means for extracting a list of care managers satisfying the client's care plan preparation request information received by the means and a means for notifying care manager selected from the extracted list of care managers of the client and the care plan preparation information. |
