摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house leasing method and a house rent calculating device of a new system, which use the system of a periodic use right. SOLUTION: In the house leasing/acquiring method, an owner and a user make a periodic use right contract on land and a building and the user pays rent. The user pays a prescribed deposit and the owner applies a fund to the building fund of the building. Thus, the loan payment of house purchase/building fund is reduced/eliminated. The user does not need to owe the large amount of money by the periodic use right contract and the loan of building fund is reduced/eliminated by the deposit of the owner. The right of sublease and resale are given instead of not returning the deposit to the user. Thus, an inexpensive house can be supplied by reducing interest payment.
