PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line retrieval system which can perform retrieval by setting one or more conditions among a range of the distance from specified position information, a range of movement by a specific method within a specific time, a range of movement by a specific method within a specific charge, and ranges of other condition settings. SOLUTION: Information stored in a content storage means on a server system includes map information and information, such as real estate information, attached to the map information, and this on-line retrieval system is provided with a position information specifying means which specifies a position on a map when a user browses information by using the map information displayed on a user terminal, a position information acquiring means which acquires position information on the map that the user specifies, a retrieval condition setting means which sets the position information and retrieval conditions for the retrieval of information by the user and sends them to the server system, and a position information retrieving means which retrieves and extracts information stored in the information storage means according to the position information and retrieval conditions and sends them to the user terminal. |
