<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizing signal generator that can obtain a timing error of an OFDM signal having high accuracy without being affected by noise. SOLUTION: A pre-reference signal and a post-reference signal corresponding to a reference frequency of the OFDM signal are generated and the respectively generated reference signals are multiplied with a guard correlation output signal. Then difference data between a product (1st product), between the pre-reference signal and the guard correlation output signal, and a product (2nd product), between the post-reference signal and the guard correlation output signal are obtained and the difference data are integrated. Then a timing error is obtained on the basis of the magnitude of the integrated data and a sampling signal for an analog/digital converter 2 is generated. Thus, the OFDM signal can highly accurately be frequency-synchronized.</p> |
