PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height regulator for strings of piano which can improving the sound quality of a piano by making it possible to easy regulate the height for every string corresponding to each of keys with good accuracy and eventually making it possible locally adequately regulate bridge pressure. SOLUTION: The height regulator for the strings of the piano which regulates the height of the strings S tensed between tuning pins 4 and pitch pins 5 in correspondence to each of the plural keys has plural string height regulating screws 7 which are disposed in correspondence to each of the plural keys, are freely advanceably and retreatably screwed to the top surface of a frame 1 near the pitch pins 5 and support the strings S from the lower side.
