PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fitting structure of a substrate and a shield case, which can precisely position and engage the substrate and the shield case, can eliminate a defect at the time of engaging the substrate and the shield case, can precisely and securely engage the substrate and the shield case and can precisely fit the substrate and the shield case. SOLUTION: Engagement bosses 2 in L shapes, where each side 21 faces outward, are protrusively installed in the appropriate parts of the nearby parts of opening edges in wall parts 11, 12, 13 and 14 on the right, left, upper part and the lower part of the shield case 1. A plurality of square hole parts 31 into which each side 21 of the engagement bosses 2 is inserted are placed in the corresponding parts of the engagement bosses 2 in the main body of the substrate 3. When the substrate 3 is engaged into the opening 15 of the shield case 1, the engagement bosses 2 of the shield case 1 are inserted into the square hole parts 3/of the main body in the substrate 3 so as to be fitted.
