PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defects that enormous time and labor are taken to perform loading to all terminal stations because the programs of the terminal stations are updated by manually accessing the terminal stations one by one and performing loading in the conventional remote loading method even though a master station often performs remote loading that updates the programs of the terminals stations through a satellite circuit, a radio channel or a wire circuit in a communication system consisting of the master station and a plurality of the terminals stations. SOLUTION: The time and labor are saved in such a manner that a loaded terminal station automatically makes a call to a predetermined terminal station through the satellite circuit, the radio channel or the wire circuit and loads the program. The loading time of the entire terminals stations in the communication system is also shortened in such a manner that the loaded terminal station automatically makes a call to two predetermined terminal stations in a geometrical progression manner, accesses the modems and loads the programs.
