PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three-dimensional image photographing device/method and image service system/method through a communication network. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image photographing device 10 photographs an image for the prescribed number of times in accordance with the rotation of an object rotation means 11. The image service system through the communication network generates the three-dimensional image of an object corresponding to a rotary angle, transmits it by adding identification information of a user and stores it in a data base.
