PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay broadcast system by which an applicant can perform a relay broadcast desired by the applicant for persons (persons to whom the broadcast is desired to be performed) desired by the applicant. SOLUTION: On the relay center 103 side, the application of the relay broadcast is received with a wedding ceremony site 105 as a window.
