PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a business employer (customer) so as to reduce the cost of selection/purchase of articles serving as the base of business activity and so as to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a provider database (provider DB) 16 storing a list of the location and handling items of a provider providing handling items to the customer for every provider, a provider retrieving means 10 retrieving a provider within a previously decided condition from the provider DB 16 in compliance with area data and item data inputted from the customer via a network 8, and a provider location informing means 12 informing the location of the provider selected by the customer among the retrieved providers retrieved by means of the provider retrieving means 10 to the customer. This system is also provided with a trade data transfer controlling means 14 controlling data transfer about a trade between the provider retrieved by means of the provider retrieving means and the customer according to the operation of the customer.
