PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation by inexpensively miniaturizing and simplifying the device as a whole, to improve versatility by eliminating restriction on the construction material on connecting object member and dispensing with a marker, and to enhance reliability of electrical connection. SOLUTION: A probe 410, for forming the plural-time numbers of position detecting wiring at a pitch of 1/a plurality of the arranging pitch, is inserted between plural electrodes 820 and 920 of a mounting base board 800 and a flexible wiring board 900 by a probe movement control part 420, in response to the plural electrodes 820 and 920 of the mounting base board 800 and the flexible wiring board 900 on both surfaces of an insulating thin plate. An inter- electrode position dislocation quantity is calculated, on the basis of information from the probe 410 by an inter-electrode position dislocation quantity calculating part 430. The mutual electrodes are positioned, on the basis of a positional dislocation quantity by an inter-electrode positioning mechanism 500.
