PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free device, which can be used even outside and inside a vehicle and can be used for a long time without physical burden. SOLUTION: Concerning the hands-free device for radio communication equipment, which is provided with a voice/signal converting part provided with a microphone for converting voice to an audio signal and outputting it, an audio reproducing part provided with a speaker for reproducing the audio signal in voice and a connecting terminal connected to the main body of radio communication equipment, to be used while being connected to the radio communication equipment, the hands-free device for radio communication equipment has an attaching part for attaching the main body composed of the voice/signal converting part, the audio reproducing part and the connecting terminal to a hat or helmet.
