MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WIRELESS SUSPENSION BLANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a wireless suspension blank by which a fine wiring part can be formed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method to manufacture the wireless suspension blank by using a laminated body having a two-layered structure consisting of a metal layer 2 to produce spring characteristics and an electrical insulation layer 3 includes a first process where a wiring part 6 is formed on the insulation layer 3 by a semi-additive method, a second process where the metal layer 2 is processed by a wet etching method and a third process where the insulation layer 3 is processed by a dry or wet etching. The wireless suspension blank can be made inexpensively by using the two-layered laminated body. The wiring part can be processed with high accuracy by forming the wiring part by the semi-additive method.
