PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically monitor the non-notifying state of a notification terminal unit not sending timed notification and to detect the notification terminal unit in the non-notifying state to automatically notify an observer in an abnormality monitoring notification system provided with the function of monitoring the non- notifying state of the notification terminal unit. SOLUTION: This abnormality monitoring notification system detects the state change of a sensor and transmits notification data to a center device 5-2 through a network 5-3. The center device 5-2 is provided with a means 1-1 for setting the notification terminal unit not sending timed notification, as a non-notifying state monitored object on the basis of timed notification set information transmitted from the notification terminal unit 5-1; a non-notification monitoring timer 1-2 for observing the non-notification time of the notification terminal unit, the monitored object; a means 1-3 for setting a reference notification receive interval computed on the basis of the past notification intervals of the notification terminal unit; and a means 1-4 for outputting non-notification monitor information including unit information that specifies the notification terminal unit when the non-notification time exceeds the reference notification receive interval.
