<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a solar cell module against reduction in reliability and insulation pus due to separation of a resin film so as to prevent the module from deteriorating in characteristics over again when the solar cell module is ensured of long term reliability and insulation properties by the use of the resin film. SOLUTION: Solar cells 7 and 16 and resin films 8 and 15 are interposed between surface protective layers 6, 14 and back protective layers 5, 13, and the resin films 8 and 15 are provided only inside the edges of the overlaps of the protective layers 6, 14, and 5, 13.</p> |
