<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield without generating additional processes or generating increase in the total stock or increasing the defective rate. SOLUTION: A manufactured result obtained in each process of the production control system of producing equipment constituted of plural manufacturing processes and buffers is recognized by a rolling shape recognizing device 12. Whether or not product manufacture is valid in the next process is judged in the buffer of a cooling floor 13, and the correspondence of products with others is changed. Thus, it is possible to prevent any surplus stock of products or delay of delivery time by exchanging the orders of products in the same buffer even when any excess or insufficiency is generated due to the fluctuation of precision during manufacture.</p> |
