SOLUTION: In a robot track teaching method for preliminarily teaching a robot the robot track for moving the top end part of the arm of the robot along the surface of an object to be pressurized, the top end part of the arm is moved along the surface of the object to be pressurized based on preliminarily set target moving amounts and correction amounts calculated from an actual pressurizing force acting between the top end part of the arm and the object to be pressurized so that the pressurizing force after the arm is moved can approximate to a preliminarily set value, and the robot is allowed to memorize the robot track.
