PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adequate control technology for controlling the amount of power in unit of time (KWh), for example, by units of hours in the contract with a power company on the occasion of selling the power to power company by connecting an own power generator to the commercial power line system and then sending the power to the commercial power line. SOLUTION: There is provided predictive power amount calculating apparatus 21 for measuring a power transmission line end power up to the current time, from the start time of the time limit and predicting the transmission line end power at the ending point of the time limit, when the time has passed. Moreover, a target power setting apparatus 22 is also provided, to set and indicate the target value of the power at the ending time of the time limit by each time limit.
