SOLUTION: A server 2 for control calculates an accounted amount to a device user based on the information on the operating status from storage media producing devices 5a and 5b, and transmits the information necessary for the payment to basic information providers A1 and A2 and invoice information including the accounted amount to user terminals 4a and 4b. Also, the server 2 for control transfers the invoice information to provider terminals 1a and 1b and, when receiving a action request notice from the provider terminals 1a and 1b, transmits warning information to the user terminals 4a and 4b. |
