PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of efficiently collecting information on consumers, while performing publicity and advertisement of commodity by utilizing the Internet. SOLUTION: This system utilizing a network is provided with a reception means for receiving transmission information including information related to commodities purchased by consumers and information on consumers themselves from the consumers via the network, a decision means for whether the transmission information satisfies a required prescribed condition or not, a reward providing means for providing a consumer to be a transmission origin with reward when the transmission information satisfies the prescribed condition and a preserving means for extracting the information on consumers themselves from the transmission information and preserving the information.
