PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floppy disk (R) excellent in shape stability. SOLUTION: In the floppy disk having a magnetic layer consisting of at least a ferromagnetic metal thin film formed on one surface of a flexible supporting body, the disk has a structure prepared by laminating the flexible supporting body such as an aromatic polyimide film, aromatic polyamide film or the like with a thermosetting adhesive sheet.
