PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire updated information for many servers connected to a network in turn, which is informed quickly to network clients. SOLUTION: An information providing device 101 is provided which comprises an information position recording part 102 to record at least one information position discriminating code, an information acquiring part 103 which acquires an information position from the information position recording part while acquires information positioned at the information position from the information providing site 109 connected to a network, and a transmission part 107 to broadcast the information acquired by the information acquiring part. The registered information position is taken out of the information position recording part 102 in a specified schedule, which is broadcasted to inform unspecific receivers of it.
