PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a solid state image sensing element inspection device for reducing the inspection time of a solid state image sensing element. SOLUTION: The solid state image sensing element inspection device for inspecting a color solid state image sensing element has been improved. The device is provided with a read module for inputting an electric signal from the solid state image sensing element, retaining it as digital data, and transferring it, and an operation module for creating a group of data for each color of the solid state image sensing element to the digital data, and decides whether the solid state image sensing element is appropriate or not by the group of data. |
